Have you been away from the sport for a while or aspire to become a runner?  If so, come join one of Vertical Runner-Wooster’s most exciting programs, the Vertical Runner-to-Rockstar: Beginner 5K Running Program!  VR to Rockstar will help you reach your 5K racing goals whether it is just finishing your first 5K or trying to lower your 5K time by outlining and organizing a training plan to help you! The program will culminate with the Fast 5's 5K race in Wooster, OH on June 15, 2019!

Cost for the program is $90 and will include the 24 practice sessions spread over 12 weeks with coaching, a moisture wicking camp t-shirt, stretching, nutritional, and health/informational clinics, coupon sheet with well over $100 in savings on the items you need, attendance incentives with prizes, FUN group atmosphere to help you reach your goals, entry to the Fast 5's 5k, and more!

The group will meet at the store for organized group workouts each Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm at Vertical Runner where coaches will take you through a proper dynamic stretching routine and a pre-planned workout.  A third workout each week will be completed individually (or with a teammate).  With a consistent regimen of 3 workouts a week, you will be amazed what can be accomplished!

No prior experience required, we will get you ready regardless of your past running experience.
